Miso is an excellent source of all 8 essential amino acids as well as vitamin B-12. This recipe is as tasty cold as it is hot.

  • 10 Ingredient Multigrain Amaranth Pilaf - If you're looking for a new taste, Amaranth is it. First cultivated by Mayans, Amaranth is making a 21st century comeback. In this creative mix we've combined Amaranth, Brown Rice and Barley. Expect lots of different textures spiced with Serrano Peppers, Tamari, and Garlic. Amaranth is a good source of essential amino acids, carbohydrates, potassium, iron and calcium.
