The Children's Kitchen Garden
In 1994, The East Bay French-American School in Berkeley, California started a garden project that has become an integral part of the school's curricula and a source of pride for the students, faculty and parents.

This book includes examples of their garden and classroom activities, plus tips on how to organize similar educational experiences in a home or school garden, hands-on information needed to start and maintain a garden for teaching children, and special cooking tips and recipes. This book will be available the last week in October through our Holiday catalog.
